HOW TO STACK YOUR RINGS LIKE A PRO – THE 4 GOLDEN RULES

The ring stacking trend is here, and we're loving it. However it can be tricky stacking rings, wrong mix of metals and shapes, too many bold ones or too many rings on one hand. But don’t worry, we got you – follow these simple steps and we promise you, your stack of rings will be out of this world.

1. KEEP IT SIMPLE

Dainty and delicate rings are made for stacking and it doesn’t require a lot of effort in comparison to stacking chunky and bold rings that require some extra effort and some trial and error. For that effortless style, try using our dainty rings such as Alva ring, Konstellation ring or our Ella ring. The thin and dainty rings will add a more balanced look. However a good statement ring is perfect for adding that personal touch to your stack, try adding the Alva Open ring, one of the Trilogy rings, Cosmic ring or Link ring. But be sure not to clutter them all on one finger, spread them out.

Remember, simplicity is key!

2. PLAY WITH DIFFERENT SHAPES

To get that effortlessly playful yet sophisticated look, try pairing stones with fun symbols, for example pair our Link ring with the Aurora ring and Alva open ring. However this step is not just about shapes, it’s also about pairing standard rings with midi rings. Get your normal size rings and add some smaller sizes to put halfway down the finger, it's the perfect way to spice up your everyday look. Suitable rings for this is the Cosmic ring, Trilogy Star ring and the Alva ring. Get them in different sizes and place them all over your fingers. Unsure what size you should get? Go to our Ring Size Guide to find out.

However, when pairing thicker and thinner rings together, keep in mind to place the thicker rings at the base of your finger and finish the finger with the thinner rings. Meaning, go thick-to-thin, don’t go the other way around. Thin-to-thick will give the appearance that your thinner rings are being squished.

3. MIXING AND MATCHING

“Don’t match gold with silver!”, well, we’re here to tell you to go for it!

Mixing metals is the new thing, but like everything in life, balance is key. By mixing different metals you get a cohesive glow, perfect for glowing up your fall a little bit extra. Go bold and mix Alva ring in gold with Trilogy Star ring in silver, or try our Cosmic ring in silver paired with our Link ring in gold, better yet, why not go bold and add Sofia White ring in all different colours. If you’re feeling shy about mixing metals start small by mixing gold and rose gold jewellery, it's subtle, yet daring and who doesn’t love a daring fashionista!

4. DON'T FORGET THE OTHER HAND

We’ve all been there, getting too excited about our new pieces and stacking them on our fingers totally forgetting about the other hand. But we need to keep in mind that the other hand needs just as much love as our go-to stack hand. It isn’t necessarily important to have the equal amount of rings on both hands, however it is important to add something little extra to keep a good balance between your hands, once again, balance is key. We would recommend you to add dainty and thinner rings on the the other hand, like our Sofia white ring, Konstellation ring or our Ella ring.
